 Rose-Ann's self-esteem workshop made me think about my life experiences and how they influence the way I see myself. Being able to share experiences with other members of the group was very good, as it made me realise that I wasn't the only one with low self-esteem. The workshop allowed time to listen to others talk about their difficulties. This helped me openly talk about my issues. I was nervous at first but because there were only six in the group I soon relaxed and was able to participate. I would recommend this workshop to others who want to gain confidence and raise their self-esteem. |
