 I recently attended a self-esteem workshop run by Rose-Ann and have most definitely benefitted from the whole experience. Rose-Ann has a wonderfully friendly, calming and sincere manor. You feel immediately at ease talking through your own personal experiences with her, at the same time realising how you can change your life for the better. The workshop has empowered me with new skills, I have learnt to be more confident in my day to day life, and more assertive when neccessary.
