 I found the relationships workshop very thought provoking. The relaxed, informal atmosphere made it easy to talk about personal experiences and relationships. The style and content of the workshop prompted me to question and reflect on my personal relationships, enabling me to face up to the issues and underlying concerns. Attending the workshop made me more confident to talk about my problems with my partner. Rose-Ann's coaching made me realise that I needed to deal with my relationship difficulties rather than pretend that they didn't exist.The workshop highlighted the fact that communication is the essence of any good relationship. I found Rose-Ann made me feel at ease and gave me the confidence to speak about my personal problems within the group. As a life coach, Rose-Ann is professional and easy to talk to. Her open and honest supporting style of coaching was extremely beneficial and it helped me to address the issues in my personal relationship. |
