 Special Needs I hold the Hornsby Certificate in SpLD and am qualified to coach students with special needs. I offer one-to-one coaching to students with dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD and Asperger's Syndrome. Following an informal assessment, I provide a tailoured multi-sensory teaching programme to enable students to progress and achieve success. Students with special needs often have difficulty accessing the curriculum and keeping up with their peers in the classroom. Poor achievement affects self-esteem and confidence. One-to-one multi-sensory teaching allows students to build on their strengths which would otherwise go unobserved in the classroom. When positive results are achieved, confidence and self-esteem is raised. My tailoured teaching programme will help your child reach their potential. |
